Maggie, Pebble, and Lila really went above and beyond and were a big part of what made our trip so special. Maggie was so warm and thoughtful with our whole family. She gave us some great recommendations for things to do with the kids, including the local science museum, and even surprised us by having a beautiful fruit, cheese, and marshmallow platter delivered to our room. We definitely weren’t expecting it, and it was such a sweet gesture. Our kids loved it! Pebble at the front desk was also fantastic. He always greeted us with a smile, was so sweet with our kids, and was happy to help anytime we needed something. Lila was just as kind and helpful throughout our stay. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we were having a good vacation. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we had a beautiful view overlooking both the pool and the ocean. The location was perfect for us, especially traveling with kids. The aquarium is right next door, and there is so much to do and so many great places to eat nearby. We especially loved The Gulf, Angler’s Beachside Grill, The Shack, and Stewby’s Seafood Shanty. The Hilton Garden Inn is lucky to have Maggie, Pebble, and Lila. It’s the people you meet on vacation who can really make a trip memorable, and they certainly did that for our family. Thank you all for taking such good care of us.
